What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open for business between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends and on most major holidays.

I was in an accident or my vehicle was impounded. What should I do?

If your vehicle was impounded, please call our office immediately for further instruction. In the event of an accident, you will need to file a claim with your insurance company. Please contact our office immediately during business hours.

I want to pay off my loan. How can I find out the payoff amount?

What type of insurance coverage do I need?

Please visit our Insurance Information page for more details on the insurance coverage you will need to maintain. You may also use the form to update your insurance information.

I was involved in an accident and my vehicle was deemed a total loss. Do I have to keep making payments?

Yes, your account must be current until we receive a Letter of Guarantee from your insurance company. Please contact our office immediately to provide details so we can assist you with the total loss process.

I was involved in an accident and my insurance company issued me a check made payable to House of Finance Corp. What should I do?

In order to obtain an endorsement from House of Finance, you must have your vehicle inspected by us after it has been repaired. Please contact our office to provide us with the following information so that we can help you with the endorsement.

Titles

I no longer live at the address listed on my registration. How can I receive my title?

A majority of titles are held in electronic form and are sent to you directly by the DMV. If you live at a different address than the one listed on your registration, please contact the DMV directly or send them a change of address form to update your address.

Can I add or remove a name from the title?

Names cannot be added or removed until the account has been paid in full.

Can I transfer my account to another person?

Accounts cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Online Payments

You may now use our secure online customer account portal to make payments online using electronic check or debit card. You can make a one time payment, or create an account to set up automatic recurring payments which will debit your bank account on a set date.   • Cash With PayNearMe

    Pay with cash at participating 7-Eleven, ACE Cash Express, or CVS Pharmacy locations near you, using the PayNearMe card you received from us. You may make a cash payment of up to $1,000 per day. Be sure to keep the receipt provided to you by the store as your proof of payment. There is a $3.99 convenience fee charged to you by participating stores. To be set up with PayNearMe, call our office to speak with a customer service representative.

  • By Phone (ACH)

    You can make a payment with your checking account over the phone by calling our office at 818.980.9112. Please have your checking account number and routing number ready when you call.  We do not accept any credit card payments.
